Reuben Paterson at Pataka Art + Museum

Since 2007 the Asia New Zealand Foundation has run a programme of residency opportunities in Asia for emerging and mid-career New Zealand artists. An exhibition of works by artists who have benefited from these residencies will open at Pataka Art + Museum on Sunday 22 February as part of the Asia New Zealand Foundation’s 20th anniversary celebrations.

This exhibition will include artworks by Page Blackie Gallery artist Reuben Paterson, who spent three months (May-July 2014) at Goyang Art Studio in Seoul, South Korea, on an Asia New Zealand Foundation residency. You can find out more about the exhibition at Pataka Art + Museum here and read about Reuben’s experience in Seoul here.
